Meet Leann “Lily” Jobin, RMT & MOT

Leann “Lily” Jobin is a registered massage therapist (RMT) and manual osteopathic therapist (MOT), bringing a unique dual expertise to her therapeutic practice.
Lily’s path into therapeutic care began at just nine years old when her mother needed treatment following a car accident. A neighbour who was an RMT taught young Lily the basics of massage, and she quickly showed a natural aptitude for the practice, becoming the unofficial family massage therapist. Despite this early calling, Lily initially chose a different direction, joining the Army after high school and serving 17 years as a dedicated soldier.
Her military career began in finance, later cross-training into administration, and eventually working as a Resource Management Support Clerk. During her service, she developed invaluable skills in patience, tolerance, focus, and analytical thinking. Lily played a pivotal role in transitioning her unit from manual systems to digital processes, demonstrating the analytical mindset that now enhances her therapeutic practice.
Educational Excellence and Professional Growth
Upon returning to civilian life, Lily recognized her true calling and pursued formal education in massage therapy. Her passion for understanding the human body led her to excel beyond the standard curriculum. Two years after becoming an RMT, she began studying osteopathy in 2020, drawn to manual osteopathy’s holistic approach to treating the whole body.
Therapeutic Philosophy and Approach
Lily’s approach to therapy is deeply analytical and holistic. Rather than simply treating symptoms, she is committed to identifying the root causes of her clients’ issues. She looks beyond localized pain to consider how other muscle groups or body systems may be contributing to discomfort. This evidence-based methodology, combined with her understanding of holistic wellness, sets her apart in the field.
